Stilvoll fügt sich das Highlight der erweiterten Serie, ein einarmiger Stützklappgriff mit weiter Ausladung ohne Unterzüge, in das puristische Design des Produktprogramms ein.

Emco Bad at the ISH 2015: Extensive expansion of successful accessories series

Frankfurt a. M. / Lingen, March 10, 2015 - Emco Bad has presented an extensive product extension of its successful bathroom accessories series "loft", among other things in the fields of object and safety, in the context of the ISH 2015 in Frankfurt. Thus, the Lingen manufacturer is taking account of the demand for the tried and tested product range also for hotel facilities. The novelties therefore include specific articles such as a cosmetics box or bath towel rack as well as a versatile range of handle systems for greater safety. The program, which has been especially tailored to the private sector, now also allows the provision of bathrooms in the object area in a uniform design. A special highlight is a specially designed support flap handle specially developed for the accessories series, which can handle 600 and 850 mm length without the need for a support.

In the course of the expansion of the range, the clear lines of the series have been consistently maintained. For example, the gripping surfaces of the holding and angular handles recall the flat rectangular strip, which serves as the core element of the program. In contrast to the subtle wall brackets of the other accessories, designer Martin Dettinger provided the handle systems with a powerful, rectangular wall bracket. This underlines the puristic design and ensures the steady integration of the new accessories into the existing portfolio.

For the private as well as the object area the series learned a product supplement by a total of 11 articles. This includes a towel rack with bath towel holder, two one-armed, rigid towel rails in various lengths as well as a double bath towel holder in two versions. Additional functionality is provided by small hook-on hooks for bath towel racks and holders. In addition, the program includes vertical reserve holders for one or two rollers, which meet the often limited space available in semi-public baths. A cosmetics box as well as two new shower baskets with removable plastic inserts as wall and corner versions complete the portfolio.

The innovations in the field of safety offer a high degree of comfort and functionality for the barrier-free bathing facility. The handle systems of the Lingen manufacturer convince not only of their appealing design, but especially their high ergonomic quality. Here, the rounded back of the rectangular tubes ensures secure access and provides reliable support at all times. The range of offerings includes three different length handles, two angle handles in the left-hand and right-hand versions, as well as two fold-up support handles with a length of 600 mm and a length of 850 mm.

Due to a newly developed, particularly stable wall bracket, both support flap handles do not require any support. For the first time, the company offers a single-armed support flap handle with a wide projection, which is characterized by a reduced design. The static load rating of the design with a nominal load of 100 kg at its extreme end was demonstrated by extensive tests during the development of the product. As additional additions the series received a double glass holder as well as a vertical towel holder for the reception of rolled guest towels. In addition, the extended range includes a racking system that can be used with mouthwashing glasses, liquid soap dispensers or the soap dish. The system is available in two widths for the recording of two or three individual components. This makes it a design alternative to classic wall elements.
