Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg
In the middle of the Elbe River, at the western tip of HafenCity, stands Hamburg’s concert hall: the Elbphilharmonie. Above the brick corpus of a former cocoa warehouse, a dazzling glass structure rises up to 110 meters. The heart of the building: a world-class concert hall at a height of 50 meters with 2,150 seats – a spectacular stage for Hamburg’s vibrant classical music scene and stars from all over the world.
