We – emcobad – offer you as a customer a special customer service beyond the legal warranty of your seller and assume a voluntary 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for our products. The warranty period begins 2 years after the purchase of the product and ends 5 years after the purchase of the product.
Within this warranty period, we will remedy proven product defects free of charge, at our discretion by repair, replacement of parts or replacement of a product. We do not provide any further warranty services.
After the occurrence of damage, the assertion of warranty claims must be made immediately in writing and with a precise description of the defect to emco Bad GmbH, Hessenweg 53, 49803 Lingen (Ems), Germany. We reserve the right to request damaged products for inspection.

In order to claim under the manufacturer’s warranty, it is necessary to provide us with proof of the date of purchase of the product that is the subject of the complaint by means of proof of purchase (stating the date and specialist dealer).
Excluded from this manufacturer’s warranty are electrical components and illuminants, as well as emco products that were already installed prior to purchase (e.g. display items).
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover, in particular, wear and tear, damage and/or defects that are due to external influences, improper use or improper care, or improper installation; it also does not cover minor product defects that only have an insignificant effect on the value or usability of the product. Furthermore, the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage/consequential damage caused by spare parts not matched to our products. Furthermore, work on the fine adjustment or readjustment of the products, as these have already been prepared for a precisely fitting assembly.
Material-related structure and color deviations can lead to changes in the color of products. These color deviations are therefore not grounds for complaint and are not covered by the emcobad manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty services claimed do not result in an extension of the warranty. Furthermore, our manufacturer’s warranty has no influence on any warranty claims against your seller. The emcobad manufacturer’s warranty is subject to German law.
